a pose : Did you know that the way
you stand can make you feel more powerful and
confident? Stick your hands on your hips, with
your feet hip-width apart, and hold for two
minutes. This is the super power pose for a

Sweat it out: You
know how powerful regular exercise can make
you in the long term, but working out helps in
the short term, too. When you exercise, your
