Inflammation is the King of Pain

Is a hidden, smoldering fire in your body coming between you and good health?

Inflammation helps the Body Heal. Inflammation out of control harms the body, and then you have disease and pain set in.
Sure it takes a while to "set in," but inflammation is not just some "touch and go" term regarding some "symptom" that you can just cover up with drugs. People underestimate inflammation's power to do collateral damage to the body, across the board. Inflammation is so common that it should be classified as a syndrome in America. Did you know that animal protein and whole grains cause inflammation? I bet you heard different about meat and whole grains. Understand this: "Your body wants amino acids, but meat is just a complicated 'middle man' that requires massive digestive 'work' to get to them. You can cut out the middle man! The focus is on nutrition, so let your body 'focus' on real protein that's easily accessible. Most people incorrectly believe that dietary protein must come from eating animals or dairy products. Plants are full of protein, much of it in the form of enzymes, peptides and amino acids in the labile state."
GMO salmon, wheat and most dairy products cause inflammation: Have you heard of the eel-like salmon, overloaded with hormones and DNA from other fish, that got released into the oceans - it's an utter health disaster and worldwide ocean "eco-disaster." Did you know that genetically modified wheat has "escaped" into 16 or more U.S. states? These are cold hard facts to digest, or rather, not to digest! Plus, retail giant Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., has announced that all the store-brand milk sold in both Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores in the United States will now be produced by cows not treated with artificial growth hormones. Approximately 18 percent of dairy cows in the United States are injected with Monsanto Co.'s recombinant bovine somatotropin (rBST), also known as recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH). These drugs force cows' bodies to produce 15 percent more milk than usual. Don't drink GMO milk.
Sugar causes inflammation, especially refined sugar: Mark Hyman, M.D., explains how inflammation causes chronic disease and weight gain, and he uncovers the link between food allergies and inflammation.
Gluten is toxic "food glue" that sticks to your insides and keeps the pesticides infecting your digestive and excretive processes. Avoid gluten at all costs, even if you don't have Celiac or IBS.
You simply MUST stop putting toxins into your body and start revitalizing your nutrient base
Top two natural remedies: Juicing raw organic vegetables is the number one solution to most of these broad money-making, bad health schemes created by Big Food and misdiagnosed by Western medicine. Making smoothies with raw, organic fruit is number two. You simply MUST stop putting toxins into your body and start revitalizing your nutrient base. Never underestimate the power of organic food to heal the body.
Uncover the link between Food Allergies and Inflammation.
Barriers called tight junctions guard the pathways between intestinal epithelial cells. Tight junctions, and their governing toll-like receptors, rely on gut flora in order to know which proteins and which molecules are to be barred entry; compromised gut flora and leaky tight junctions allow proteins and other molecules to enter the blood stream haphazardly. If damaging proteins (like lectins from grains and legumes, for example, or gluten)  slip into the blood stream, they are recognized and the immune system responds as it normally would to foreign, damaging intruders: with inflammation.
Leaky Gut Indications
A common disorder, leaky gut syndrome develops when lesions form on the intestinal lining. These lesions have abnormally large spaces between the cell walls, allowing toxic material to seep into the bloodstream. Autism, rheumatoid arthritis, periodontal disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn's disease and colitis stem from the inflammation triggered by a leaky gut. Malabsorption of nutrients, candida and parasitic infections along with food sensitivities and allergies are also connected with this syndrome. Inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and acne indicate a leaky gut too.
A pure diet is crucial for repairing the gut. A standard anti-candida protocol is beneficial -- eliminating sugar (in any form), gluten, processed foods, dairy, refined carbohydrates, alcohol and caffeine while focusing on high-fiber, nutrient-dense fare. Since pesticides and GMOs antagonize the situation, consume only organic food. Essential fatty acids from fish, flax, chia or borage are also vital to healing the bowel and reducing inflammation. Drinking plenty of purified water is crucial as well to avoid gut-destroying contaminants
Digestive Enzymes - Oftentimes, those suffering from leaky gut syndrome have low stomach acid. This creates poor digestion, causing toxins to leach into the body. Digestive enzyme supplements are helpful along with lemon or raw apple cider vinegar water.
Fiber protects the gut while sweeping fungus, harmful bacteria and other pathogens quickly out of the system. Good options include organic psyllium powder, ground flax and chia seeds.
Herbs Several herbs are known to calm inflammation and the subsequent damage that occurs in the gut.

Marshmallow root along with slippery elm are excellent choices. Both soothe and coat the intestinal tract, minimizing the absorption of toxins. These herbs also help to heal damage, further reducing excessive permeability.

Kudzu, licorice root, goldenseal, sheep sorrel, fennel seed and ginger root are beneficial as well.

To eliminate parasites that frequently accompany a suppressed digestive system, try Black Walnut, garlic,  cloves, wormwood, caprylic acid or grapefruit seed extract.

What Peppermint Oil Will do for the Scalp
Immediately upon application you will feel a tingling sensation on your scalp. The tingling sensation is the Peppermint oil circulating and stimulating blood flow to your scalp and hair roots. Once Peppermint oil has bonded to your hair roots it works as an astringent balancing the scalp's oil production. Since peppermint balances the pH, it moisturizes dry itchy scalp and at the same time rid the scalp of excess oil preventing oily hair which gives a neutralizing effect on the scalp and hair. When Peppermint cures your dry scalp, dandruff, inflammation or oily scalp, your hair follicles can now breathe and are stimulated well enough to grow longer hair or regain lost hair.
Stimulate Hair Follicles: Mix 2 drops Peppermint essential oil with four ounces of water. Once diluted you can apply it directly to your scalp using a spray bottle or add the Peppermint/water mixture to a light shampoo and distribute throughout your scalp and hair. You can also add Jojoba oil and/ Tea Tree essential oil, Vitamin E to Peppermint essential oil which promotes hair growth. Once you have generously applied the Peppermint oil mixture to your hair, wrap your hair in a heated towel or shower cap for fifteen to thirty minutes. You will notice moisturized, shinier hair right away and a healthier scalp within a week.
Coconut Oil For Damaged Hair
It contains proteins not found in other hair oils and its’ low molecular weight helps it to seal the hair. This helps the hair retain its natural moisture and reinforces the hair fiber, making it stronger.
Vitamins found in coconut oil (E and K) also boost hair and scalp health.
Coconut oil is excellent for nourishing hair and helping it have a beautiful shine. Massaging coconut oil into the scalp ensures that the hair is free of lice, lice eggs and dandruff and helps with the nourishment and re-growth of damaged hair.
What I did:
approximately 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon honey
3 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops rosemary
3 drops lavender
Rubbed it into my hair and scalp, put a plastic cap on, heated it up with a hair drier. After about an hour, washed and dried it as usual.
It feels AMAZING! So soft.

Kill Germs Without Bleach

By themselves, they’re somewhat effective in killing bacteria. But in tandem, they’re a powerhouse against salmonella, E. coli, and listeria.

Hydrogen Peroxide and White Vinegar.

How do you use them? Just spray the hydrogen peroxide on the surface, followed by the vinegar mixed with  Clean Bath Essential Oil Blend which is naturally antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial, they naturally energize, deodorize, clean and refresh.  Let the two sit for a few moments, then wipe.

Tips:

You can put a spray nozzle onto the store containers or repackage into other spray bottles. Be sure to keep the hydrogen peroxide in an opaque container so it doesn’t degrade.

Don’t mix the Hydrogen Peroxide and Vinegar in a single container–oddly enough, when combined they aren’t as effective as when they’re used one at a time.

Things to Know About Essential Oils
  • Most essential oils are high in antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties: This makes them an excellent addition to your homemade cleaning preparations. Oils that are best for cleaning are: Lemon, grapefruit, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, lavender, and rosemary. Clean Bath specially blended for cleaning along with Clean Dishes, Clean Air, Clean Glass, and Clean Laundry.
  • Essential oils are miniscule in molecular size, which means they are absorbed well by the skin – making them perfect ingredients in personal care items intended to heal, soften, and nourish. However, they do not accumulate in the body over time – they simply offer up their healing properties and then pass on through. Recipes found HERE  Homemade Anti-Bacterial Salve Recipe found here
  • Scientific studies have shown that rosemary essential oil helps your brain perform. Specifically, smelling rosemary essential oil helps memory recall and performance on tests. Interestingly, a study also showed that groups that inhaled either rosemary or lavender essential oil felt much more relaxed than those who inhaled no scent at all.
  • Most essential oils should never be used undiluted on the skin. Instead, they should be combined with “real” oils (called carrier oils), waxes, butters, alcohols, or other diluting measures. Because they’re so concentrated, if you don’t dilute, you may end up with an unfortunate reaction (and unhappy skin).
  • There are a few essential oils that are generally recognized as safe to use undiluted. Of course, there has to be a few exceptions to the rule. The only essential oils that are widely acknowledged as safe to use undiluted (sparingly) are: lavender, German chamomile, tea tree, sandalwood, and rose geranium.
